John Blair joined Sovereign in 2022 bringing over 20 years of professional experience. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001 in Tax Management and Processing Services. John continued his tax and accounting services in 2002 with Halliburton/KBR, until 2005 when he began servicing individuals and businesses in his own CPA firm. In 2017, he followed a passion towards financial advising with Allstate Financial Services, LLC where he earned his Series 7 and 65 licenses to become a registered representative. During the same, he also obtained his general life, health, property, & casualty insurance license to provide insurance products.

John attended the University of Houston Clear Lake and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. John currently serves as the chairman of the board for Associated Credit Union of Texas. He and his wife, Christina, have been married for 24 years and have raised 3 children.
