Fran Radford Levy, born and raised in Houston, Texas, brings over 30 years of experience in the financial banking industry. Known for her deep industry knowledge and long-standing commitment to client service, Fran has been an integral part of the Theobald team for over 25 years, helping individuals and families navigate their financial goals with confidence and care.
Outside of work, Fran enjoys life with her husband, Terry Levy of 34 years. Together, they have raised five children and are the proud grandparents of 14.
In her spare time, Fran loves fishing on the family boat and is an expert markswoman, having held her Texas gun license for 35 years.
